None of these are show homes. They're split-levels, ramblers and two-storeys around Shakopee, Savage, Prior Lake and Eden Prairie — the kind of house most of us actually live in. What makes them worth photographing is the prep underneath: a flat substrate, a waterproofed wall, and a layout set out before the first tile went down.
